Run this in your church
You do not need to be a scholar to teach this. If you can read, prepare a little ahead, and care about the people at the table, you can lead it.
How it works
Foundations runs nine weeks. Each week has a lesson page here on the site, a printable worksheet, and a slide deck. Students can follow along on a phone or on paper. The worksheet headings match the lesson headings so nobody loses their place.
A simple weekly rhythm
- Open with the Big Idea and the key Scripture.
- Walk through the lesson, filling in the worksheet together.
- Stop often to ask the discussion questions.
- Close by sending everyone home with one thing to remember.
Facilitator guides
Answer keys and leader notes live in a separate area so they never sit next to the student worksheets. Ask for access if you are leading a group.
